New Jersey based Commercial Real Estate Appraisal Firm seeks a self-motivated individual to act as a Senior Commercial Appraiser.\u00a0 \u00a0Such candidate is required to be state certified and have a minimum of 5 years\u2019 experience in the valuation of commercial real estate including retail, office, industrial, multi-family, and special purpose properties.\u00a0 \u00a0Our territory covers all of New Jersey, New York, eastern Pennsylvania, and Connecticut.\u00a0 A complete understanding of Microsoft Office, Excel and Argus software is required. Experience with appraisal report writing and database software packages is preferred.<\/p>\r\n
